  1. Copyright of the entered Works remains with you the artist, unless you choose to release specific or all rights with an alternative license
  2. Virion is licensed to screen your works during the exhibition and for non-commercial and promotional purposes
  3. Virion may at its discretion use all or any part of the Works, and may alter or modify such Works to fit in with screening requirements and promotional activities
  4. The artist accepts responsibility for obtaining the appropriate copyright clearances for material within their artwork
  5. Submissions are hosted via YouTube. By submitting content to this site you grant Virion permission to upload your work to its YouTube channel and further agree to comply with YouTube's Terms of Use

 

Privacy Statement

Virion adheres to privacy guidelines, which allows users to interact with the site without compromising their privacy. Virion will not pass on private information to third parties. We will occasionally send information to users about Virion and related programs. We collect data in the ordinary running of the website, this includes: Personal information you choose to provide including your name and email addresses. Your name and, if provided URL will be published on the Virion website as part of your submission.
